The Soccer Equipment You Didn't Know You Needed (Until Now)

Playing soccer involves high impact movements at very high intensities. Dynamic jumping, cutting, landing and running can place a lot of pressure on the feet, and biomechanical imbalances can be magnified through increased soccer activity, and lead to increased injuries.

You play hard to win. You've invested in high quality technical shoes. Now, your muscles are engaged, transferring energy down the lower limbs. It's up to your feet to grip the ground.

How well your feet perform or fail to perform consists of many factors, known as foot function. Overuse, injury and common foot conditions can weaken foot function and affect the power in your game.

Optimizing that interface between your foot, the shoe and the playing surface is The Orthotic Group's contribution to enhanced soccer performance. With prescription custom foot orthotics for soccer, you can grip the ground with stability and healthy support to prevent injuries, and maximize energy transfer for best performance.

"Soccer shoes have inadequate support on the inside. That's why the insole of most shoes slides right out, making it easy to replace with an orthotic insert."
